Father directing Son - II

Raj Kapoor directed Rajeev Kapoor in Ram Teri Ganga Maili (1985). Other mail actors in the film were Mandakini (in what turned out to be a sensational debut), Divya Rana, Saeed Jaffrey, Sushma Seth, Raza Murad and Kulbhushan Kharbanda.

This movie was probably the only hit in the not-so-great career of Rajeev Kapoor. And the movie probably did well because of the story line, music and Mandakini under the waterfall wearing the wet-white saree leaving absolutely nothing to imagination.

Music by Ravindra Jain was a big hit as well.
